Do we need a new phone number?

No. Ziyava connects to your existing WhatsApp Business number through Meta's official coexistence setup. The WhatsApp app on your team's phones keeps working exactly as it does today.

What happens when it doesn't know the answer?

It never invents one. The guest gets a warm "our team will be with you shortly", and the right person on your side gets a notification — priority-ranked, so a birthday booking outranks a parking question.

Can our staff take over a conversation?

Anytime. The moment someone from your team replies from the WhatsApp app, Ziyava goes silent for that chat. It only returns after your team has been away for a while — and only if the guest still needs an answer.

Can it take reservations?

Today, reservation requests go straight to your team — Ziyava recognizes the request, flags it with the right priority (a birthday dinner for twelve outranks a parking question), notifies the right person instantly, and tells the guest a human will confirm shortly. Fully automatic booking — live availability, holds and confirmations — is coming very soon. And even then, our logic stays the same: anything big, special or sensitive is always handed to a human.

Which languages does it speak?

It detects the language of every single message and replies in kind — English, Arabic (with correct right-to-left script), Turkish and 50+ more. One guest can even switch languages mid-conversation.

Is it safe for allergen questions?

Ziyava only states ingredients you've provided, and every allergen-related answer automatically carries a "please confirm severe allergies with our staff" note. You approve the house rules before going live.

How long does setup take?

Typically under a week: your menu becomes Ziyava's knowledge in a day or two, connecting the number takes minutes, and we fine-tune the tone together before your guests ever see it.
